These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 899u online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering, depositing or placing any wager. By using 899u, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

899u operates under an international gaming license. It is not licensed in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.
Each user may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and game-contribution rules. Read the specific bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC or passport. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 899u ("899u", "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at 899u.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces or applications operated by 899u.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, placing a bet or otherwise using the 899u platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms that may be issued in connection with individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
The personal registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process on the 899u platform.
The aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, net of pending bets and withdrawals.
Any promotional credits, free-spin equivalents or non-withdrawable credits granted to a User's Account as part of a promotion, distinct from the User's real-money Balance.
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which Users provide documentation confirming their identity, age, address (where required) and payment-method ownership.
The 899u online gaming website, mobile interface, and associated services accessible at 899u.cam.
Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers may be denominated where supported by the Platform.
Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is illegal, restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
The number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered in qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
All gaming, betting, promotional and support services offered by 899u through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games and customer support.
Use of the 899u Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
To access the Platform's real-money Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — is true, accurate, current and complete. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 899u reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold or forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 899u immediately via the support contact details provided on the Platform. 899u is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
At registration, you will select an Account currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as an Account currency option, Balances, deposits and withdrawals will be denominated in PKR. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at rates determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. 899u is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
The payment methods accepted by 899u are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and may change from time to time without prior notice. Pakistani users may recognise familiar local payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah among available options. 899u does not represent that these providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions. Users must independently verify whether their payment provider's terms permit such use.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to have originated from a payment method not owned by the Account holder may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 899u is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment processors or network outages beyond our control.
Withdrawal of real-money Balances is subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed until 899u has received and approved all required identity documents. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:
Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents via unsecured email, chat applications or any channel other than the designated secure portal. You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submitting fraudulent documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of Balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Once KYC is approved and a withdrawal request is submitted, 899u will aim to process the request within the timeframe published in the cashier. Actual receipt of funds is dependent on the processing times of the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
From time to time, 899u may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, referral rewards and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering Requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates, bonus expiry periods and maximum cashout caps are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Placing bets or spins that exceed this limit during the bonus period may — at 899u's discretion — result in voiding of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings, irrespective of whether the bet was placed intentionally.
899u reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel Bonus Funds where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure; collusion with other users; or any other conduct that 899u reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of its promotional offering.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, event or casino game in question, as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. 899u reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, in breach of applicable rules, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
Odds for sporting events — including Pakistan cricket matches (PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), international football, UFC fight nights and other events — are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the accepted odds will apply regardless of subsequent changes, unless the event is voided or cancelled.
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not reach the required completion threshold as defined in the applicable betting rules, bets on the affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.
Casino games, including live dealer tables and slot games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Illustrated RTP percentages are provided for informational purposes; actual results in any individual session are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and will vary from the theoretical long-run RTP.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, software bug or communication failure that materially affects the outcome or integrity of a bet or game, 899u reserves the right to void the affected bets or rounds. 899u accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 899u Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, adapt, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 899u.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 899u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 899u's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
899u reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit Balances, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting 899u support. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure, after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to 899u, will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC where not already complete. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
899u reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 899u will endeavour to notify registered Account holders by a suitable means (for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by email, where contact details are held). The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 899u holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions in your local jurisdiction require otherwise.
